Step 1 involves selecting the ATM and configuration of your choice. After reviewing the space you intend to put your new machine it is important to review the specifications and dimension of the machine to see if it will fit in the space you have available, as well as meet your locations needs.
You can select a lobby machine, wall mounted, or through-the-wall. You can select your screen size on a lot of the machines. You can select what note dispenser you want for your machine. Generally, a 1000 or 2000 note dispenser is sufficient for most locations.
Do you want your ATM to have a camera to take pictures when transactions take place? This is the time to decide all those things.
Step 2 covers your communication options. You can stick with a standard ethernet port. This requires internet service of some kind and usually a unique IP address to be set up. You can also select wireless which is a cellular option. There is no internet connection required for wireless communication.
This does involve a base cost for the modem configuration and then a monthly cost of up to $10.99 for the cellular connection. Cost varies based on the options selected for your machine.
Step 3 consists of selecting your processor. You can process for free with ATM Owner or select an optional Ultimate Plan which we will go over in step 4. Both plans process with us here at ATM Owner.
You can also select to use your own processor. Non-ATM Owner processing does incur the full cost of the machines as the price reflects the ATM Owner processing discount.
Step 4 is the final step. This step is the process of selecting either the standard manufacturers warranty or our Ultimate Plan. This plan covers parts, labor, receipt paper, remote monitoring, Reg-E assistance, and a $100 installation discount. The Wireless modem is recommended for the Ultimate Plan but is not mandatory. Please note there is a tiered cost to this plan. Please see the details here.
