Do I need a second internet connection for the wireless option?

No, all our wireless communication options are cellular based and do not require additional wiring.

What port do I open for the TCP/IP?

In order for Ethernet to work properly for the Ultimate Program and to allow for remote reboots and software updates you have to open port 18456 and port 18458.

Do we set up the ATM with a bank?

No, you select a processing company like us to process your transactions. We process for free with no hidden costs or additional fees.

Do you offer a payment plan to purchase a machine?

We do not currently offer a payment plan for our machines.

What is a Note Dispenser?

Note dispenser (actually called a cash dispensing unit or CDU) then a CDU with presenter. A CDU dispenses the notes one at a time. A CDU with presenter bundles the notes together then “presents” it to the card user.

What is the surcharge amount on a machine?

You set the surcharge amount, anything from zero and up. When you process transactions with us you keep 100% of the surcharge! We do not charge any additional or hidden fees.

Where does the money in the ATM come from?

You have to fill your own machine with the desired amount of cash. When processing with us, the vault money is re-deposited daily into your account and the surcharge revenue is deposited monthly.

What comes with the standard processing?

Standard Processing Includes: Terminal ID, web tools access so you can monitor your ATM, settlement set up,phone support, remote monitoring by us. We can do remote reboots and push software updates remotely to the machine (GenMega and Hantle Only). We additionally offer Reg-E assistance when you request it.
